How to Help Musicians During the COVID-19 Crisis

This quarantine/isolation has affected everyone but it's also hit our beloved musical artists hard. For many, playing live was a major source of income and now they can no longer do that. There are many ways you can help them.

How to Help Musicians

• Go online and purchase their music (either hard copy or download) if you haven't already. 
• Have everyone's albums? Explore other musicians in the area and discover new ones you like. This page can help.
• Many are performing live streaming concerts. There is sometimes a way to tip the performers or donate to worthy causes during these online shows.
• If they're on Spotify, add them to your list and play them often.
• Many musicians offer online music lessons - a great way to spend your quarantine!
• Give to charities that help musicians in need (see list below)

Support the Venues

Though they may not be having live concerts, many of the bars and restaurants that featured them are suffering. When this is over, musicians need the venues to survive. If you want to order delivery or take out, please keep these business in mind.
