It is with sadness that we announce the passing of veteran Waterloo bluesman Al Carter. He died the morning of Thursday, October 24th when he was struck by a pick up truck. Our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and fans.
Carter (born Alonzo Carrington) played with many area musicians including the late Mel Brown and Miss Angel.
