St. Catharines' Tim Hicks Hits it Out of the Park Again with 5:01

http://www.emusic.com/album/tim-hicks/501/15142247/

Tim Hicks, the St. Catharines Rockin' Country Sensation has done it again.  After the amazing success of his last CD, Throw Down, 5:01, the singer/songwriter's newest CD packs more of a punch and shows a lot of growth.  Like its predecessor, this one's also winning awards and hittin' the charts.

He's got some wicked good ol' boy anthems such as Here Comes the Thunder, Dust and Bone, Hands Up and Calling All Trucks.  Slower tracks like She Don't Drink Whiskey Anymore, Ready to Say Goodnight and You Know You're Home will tug at your heart strings.  Also, check out the ultra Canadian Drinkalong for some great Canuck name-checkin' goodness.

With some assistance from Madeline Merlo, Blackjack Billy, Clayton Bellamy and more, Tim has crafted a magnifient country album that'll be the highlight of your collection.  Rock on!

This wonderful CD is available in many music stores and can also be downloaded through iTunes and eMusic

New Tim Hicks CD: Throw Down

St. Catharines Country star Tim Hicks recently received a well-deserved 2 Juno nominations for his latest album, Throw Down (released through RGK Entertainment Group/Open Road Recordings).  It was also up for a Canadian Country Music Award last year.  The disc has been climbing the country charts as well.

No wonder the album's been so successful.  The man plays some of the best rockin' country around.  It's surprisingly funky and energetic. Tim even adds some Latin rhythms and loud guitars for good measure. This ain't poppy new country, that's for sure.

He also co-wrote songs on the CD with members of Florida-Georgia Line, Three Days Grace, and others.  American country rock group Blackjack Billy join him on the standout track Got a Feeling.

So pick up this kick ass CD at his live shows or online though Maple Music.  You can also download it through iTunes or eMusic.
