GOOD LUCK! Local 2018 Canadian Folk Music Award Nominees


It's great to see that the 2018 Canadian Folk Music Awards will feature a number of local artists. We're keeping our fingers crossed a few of them will bring home some CFMA's. The event takes place November 30 to December 1, 2018 at the Gateway in Alberta.

Hamilton is well-represented with Dana Sipos (English Songwriter of the Year)Annie Sumi (New/Emerging Artists of the Year) and Jeremy Fisher Junior (Children's Album of the Year).

Suzie Vinnick and Mark Lalama from the Niagara region are both up as Producers of the year for Suzie's latest album Shake the Love Around.
