Hamilton Jazz collective, Skirt Check, definitely pack a lot of tasty stuff into their self-titled EP. Each song's unique and showcases just how versatile this big band can be.
The recording kicks off with a medley of jazzified metal covers. Metallica, Rage Against the Machine and a few others get 'Skirted' with class. Following it up is a high energy instrumental Mega which finishes off with some incredible video game style music. Things then get super funky with Day to Day. Everything ends off on a cool, reggae vibe with The Dime.
