Blues Blast Award Winners including Kenny "Blues Boss" Wayne

Blues Blast Magazine recently annouced the winners of  their 2025 awards. Former Burlington resident Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne was the only Canadian to win.

Waterdown's Stony Plain Records was also represented by two wins: Kenny and Duke Robillard

Winners of the 2024 Blues Blast Awards Including Local & Canadian Artists


The winners of the 2024 Blues Blast Awards were announced in the magazine's September 2024 issue. Burlington's Kenny “Blues Boss” Wayne earn another in his long list of accolades. Canadians Sue Foley (who's signed to Waterdown's Stony Plain Records) and the Blackburn Brothers also got come much-deserved recognition.

      The 2022 Blue Blast Awards winners were recently announced. After more than 10,000 votes Ottawa's Sue Foley was the only Canadian winner. Her latest album was released on Waterdown's Stony Plain Records.
